1. Sufficient Sleep

Any sport or exercise is a wonderful tension and stress reliever. After a tiring day at school or work, take time to have couple of long walks or jog around the neighborhood to relieve stress and promote blood circulation.

4. Warm Baths and Shower

A great way to end a very stressful day is a warm bath.

An effective method to draw out toxins inside your body is by taking a warm bath with baking soda and Epsom salt. Not only does it release toxins, it’s also believed that the salt and baking soda clear away negative energies.

You’ll feel fresh and alive. It also brings relaxation and calmness.
